The front desk staff were very helpful and approachable. The location is convenient to stores and K Road bars. A bus stop is right outside. I appreciated the available pool table. It provided nice entertainment .
My room was a bit too warm, but thankfully, there was a fan.

the staff was very nice. i needed a quick resolution and they were super prompt. the room included a mini fridge, which helped a lot. i also appreciated the laundry facilities available. the heater in the room worked well, providing warmth.
the walls were a little thin so noise traveled easily.

the location has easy bus stop access. the room had good cleanliness and staff had good politeness. i liked the ensuite which came with a kitchenette. this also had a dining table with chairs plus a seperate bedroom.
a slight nuisance was the limited availability of air conditioning and only fans provided.

The hotel is very close to britomart and k-road, i found it amazing location! the rooms are clean, i was provided fresh towels each day. Even the shared facilities were well kept. the location made exploring so simple, though the hallway noise was noticeable.

the room was clean and serviced daily which was nice! towels, tea, and coffee were all provided. soap and hair care products were available in the bathroom. it was also quiet even though it's in the middle of town.
the bed linen didn't smell really nice or fresh. i think better smelling linens would improve the stay.
